Zella is brilliant! She's always really understanding and warm, she makes me feel validated and understood every time we speak, and she's such a safe space. I had a few counsellors before her, and within my first two sessions with Zella, she'd done more to help me than my previous two combined, in the year and a half I was with them. She's always really considerate of our different cultural backgrounds and super respectful of my pronouns and identity. She also has such a way with words, making me feel calm, hopeful, and even excited for the road ahead. She always reads between the lines of what I say (and what I don't say), and I feel like I know myself so much better already after only a short time with her. 10/10 would highly recommend this wonderful woman!
