Zodie has such a great energy and always makes me feel like there is value in what I am talking about. She has helped me understand myself and how I function. I found so much comfort in how she also let me in to her own life stories making me feel less alone. I have loved being able to talk freely and comfortably about being a woman in the BIPOC community. She is an incredible therapist and spoke to me with realness, compassion and empathy making it so easy to just sit down and have a conversation with.

I am so thankful to have found Zodie, she is truly amazing. She creates a judgment-free zone where she listens, validates, understands, provides you with tools, and makes you feel seen. She has helped me so much already. Thank you Zodie!

Zodie is a fantastic therapist! In sessions, she is her authentic self which has helped me to feel secure and trusting to be my own authentic self with her. Her style, areas of expertise and willingness to send additional resources as needed between sessions has been so helpful in my therapy path. I would strongly recommend Zodie to anyone. For me, it is her deep understanding of trauma that is the brightest light. I feel seen, affirmed, heard and empowered to address events and situations that I have spent years avoiding. Thank you, Zodie!
