Taking this step into the unknown can be really scary, right? My hope is that I can make the next stage as comfortable as possible. In my opinion, there is nothing more powerful than authentic human connection. The connection that I build with my clients, I believe, has the ability to foster immense change and growth. As a licensed marriage and family therapist I feel truly honored to be trusted with this responsibility and want nothing more than to create a safe space for you to share your story.
My name is Zoë--I am from Los Angeles and have been in practice for the past seven years – – the first five of which were spent in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. While there, I facilitated sessions with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Addiction is more often than not helping to mask trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I have since moved into private practice and work with a multitude of different clientele. I work from a place of compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I appreciate collaboration and I am open to incorporating different tools and therapeutic interventions. Being a human is complex and sometimes incredibly overwhelming. You are more than your struggles and I hope to provide you with a space to work through the hardships of humanness, while learning to accept yourself fully.

Although I only talked to Zoe for a little bit, she was absolutely great. She responded fast and her responses were very detailed. I'd definitely recommend her as I really liked her.
