About me
I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience.
I believe that therapy should be a safe space to explore, discuss and process thoughts and feelings with the goal of overcoming and managing the obstacles you may be facing in life. My approach is collaborative and I believe in working together to create change. I utilize different therapeutic modalities and tailor interventions based on each client’s individual needs, goals and progress. I specialize in working with trauma including but not limited to domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking and also serve clients with a wide range of needs such as; depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem and relationship issues. I am passionate about my profession, have an open-minded and non-judgmental approach and look forward to working with you and creating the change you are seeking.
