I believe that much of therapy is about a bond that develops between client and therapist and that both the therapist and the client can be regarded as experts about what is being experienced by the client. my treatment approach is eclectic, combining schools of thought, I am basically Psychodynamic in style, combining aspects of Self Psychology and Family Therapy in my interventions.
