I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker in Australia with extensive training and experience in psychotherapy, counselling and social work. I began at age 20-whilst studying-helping people struggling with homelessness, substance addiction, trauma and abuse, domestic/family/interpersonal violence, parenting, and severe mental health issues. I now specialise in neurodiversity, burnout, oxidated stress, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, workplace stress and bullying and vicarious trauma. I aim to create a relaxed safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement to help you learn new ways to cope with life's stressors. I have a lived experience of childhood and adult relational trauma, AuDHD (combined type), alcohol issues, cPTSD and burnout. I now enjoy recovery, self acceptance and greater wellbeing and strive to help others live this too.
