About me

I am accredited in Australia with 21 years of psychotherapy, counselling and social work experience. I help clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, workplace bullying, vicarious trauma, neurodiversity, burnout & coping with life changes. I aim to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement to help you learn new ways to cope with life's stressors. I have a lived experience of childhood and adult relational trauma, AuDHD (combined type), alcohol issues and burnout. I now enjoy recovery and greater wellbeing and strive to help others live this too. Together we can empower you to live the life you have been wanting.
