This SMS Messaging program is operated by BetterHelp located at 3155 Olsen Dr., Suite #375, San Jose, California, United States of America (contact@betterhelp.com). The BetterHelp SMS service may not be available to all users. By opting into the BetterHelp SMS service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from BetterHelp at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include:

• Account notifications
• Appointment reminders
• Other information related to BetterHelp services

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this SMS service in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with BetterHelp. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the services you use.

The wireless providers supported by the SMS service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or SMS service.
