I appreciate Liz's ability to listen and then give me options on how to proceed. Today we worked out an issue with a coworker, and I feel must more empowered to handle the situation than I did before!

I felt better after speaking with Helen. I felt encouraged that we had set some goals and had a plan. I felt that she understood me, validated my feelings and was positive. I hadn't realized how negative and critical I was being with myself. It was a really good experience.

Liz came to the rescue during a really trying time in my life with the unexpected passing of my mother( the glue of our family) and a new role in my career. Life had gotten to a pretty stressful place and on top of that during a global pandemic to boot. I knew I needed someone to talk to I was just unsure of how to navigate that during the covid crisis. BetterHelp and Liz have helped me safely navigate back on track with my mental health.

I've had bad experiences and was so hesitant. Our first session ended on the best way possible. She saw what is primarily going on and through my tears, she guided me to a more relaxed state. That is the best counseling encounter I've ever had.
