I am a qualified BACP registered UK based counsellor with over 5 years of professional work experience. I’m experienced in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, rape and sexual abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, low self esteem, & lack of confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe you are the expert on you and that you have the inner ability to overcome things that are causing you difficulties.
