I have extensive experience in helping clients effectively handling stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping disorders, eating disorders, LGBTQ-related issues, trauma and abuse, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, enhancing relationship issues, & helping deconstruct parenting issues and family conflict. I also have experience with business and professional coaching, managing career difficulties/lifestyle problems, and how to enhance focus and control.
