About me

I’m a psychotherapist and counsellor who works in a straightforward, collaborative, and human way. My approach is grounded in person‑centred therapy, but I integrate modern, evidence‑based ideas when they genuinely support the work. I don’t hide behind jargon or clichés — I focus on real conversations that help you understand yourself, make sense of what’s happening in your life, and move toward meaningful change.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they want to be. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s underneath the surface, and build clarity around your needs, patterns, and possibilities. I’m not here to judge or to tell you who you “should” be. I’m here to offer a space where you can be honest, supported, and understood.

I work well with people navigating ADHD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self‑doubt, identity questions, creative blocks, and the pressure to hold everything together. My style is warm, steady, and direct — I’ll listen deeply, reflect what I see, and gently challenge you when it helps you grow.
Therapy with me is a partnership. You bring your lived experience; I bring my training, presence, and curiosity. Together, we figure out what you need and how to get there in a way that feels authentic to you.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is real, grounded, and committed to helping you understand yourself more fully, I’d be glad to work with you.

Aaron is really easy to talk to.
He's very down to earth and wont make you feel judged, no matter how big or small the problem seems to be. He really listens, gives great feedback and makes you feel supported and cared about.
In a short time I already feel much better knowing I have someone there to vent my frustrations, hurts and also celebrate my wins.
