About me
If you’ve made it this far, chances are something isn’t sitting right, and you’re ready to take a step towards change.
I offer therapy that’s focused, practical, and tailored to you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, trauma, relationships, or simply feeling stuck, I help people make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward.
No fluff, no judgement, just honest conversations that get to the heart of what you’re facing.
With over 10 years’ experience in mental health, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life. I draw on person-centred, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches, shaping each session around who you are and what you need.
I’m down-to-earth, straightforward, and fully in your corner. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will show up, listen carefully, ask the right questions, and challenge you when it counts.
My aim is to help you feel at ease, more grounded, and more connected to what really matters.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting, we’ll work it out together.
Look forward to working with you!

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my therapist Aaron. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward. What really stands out is how he doesn’t just sit back and listen, he actively engages, challenges where needed, and provides practical tools that I can actually use in real life.
His approach strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine care. I’ve always felt heard, understood, and never judged, which has made it much easier to open up and work through things that aren’t always easy to face.
What sets him apart is his ability to bring clarity to situations that once felt overwhelming. He has a way of breaking things down so they feel manageable, and more importantly, actionable. I’ve seen real progress in myself as a result of our sessions, not just in how I think, but in how I handle situations day-to-day.
If you’re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable but also proactive, insightful, and truly committed to helping you improve, I would highly recommend him. Working with him has genuinely made a positive difference in my life.

My life tends to move from one disaster to another with no time in between. Aaron kept me grounded when I was spiralling regarding my dads sudden death and gave me great grounding tips for getting through the funeral and still being present in the moment. Aaron has been a massive help and helps me see the sky as purple rather than all the rain clouds

Aaron has been fantastic, he listens and gives thoughtful responses on what he thinks could help based on our sessions, then follows up with useful info after the sessions. He's really helped me understand myself more and provide some tools I can use day to day.
