Aaron really helped me in a time where I was desperate to sort out my thoughts and feelings. He really helped by providing the tools necessary to be able to identify my struggles and tackle them in a healthy and councious way. Great listener, kind, present, non-judgmental and considerate. He helped validate some feelings and get a greater understanding of other feelings. Highly recommend his expertise.

Aaron does not respond to messages with anything more than quaint platitudes and requires live sessions in order to actually conduct therapy. His provisions for therapy were underwhelming. In the three weeks I've seen him absolutely no progress had been made. Two worksheets w/ techniques I already utilize were given, and his ability to empathize with the needs of neurodivergents was lacking entirely. Not recommended, 2/10
