About me

I am an MA-qualified BACP, ACC registered therapist, whose passion over the last 20 years has been to see individuals thrive in all aspects of their lives. My belief is that this happens by creating high-quality therapeutic relationship with my clients.

I realise that for many people relationships have been the cause of significant pain and distress, which has led to a loss of confidence, poor self worth and a lack of personal value. In our sessions, we can begin to address these issues and rebuild a more integrated and confident sense of self.

I don’t believe that any one type of therapy is the best, but that the quality of the relationship we create is the main vehicle that will bring recovery and healing.

I work with men and women and draw from a variety of theoretical schools of therapy such as attachment, psychodynamic, person-centred and existential. However, my main focus is to create a space which increases your sense of value and worth.

You can expect to find someone who is friendly, warm, open, honest, knowledgable and approachable. I want you to feel accepted and that your time with me is a place where you can be yourself.

I have the skills to help you make excellent progress and that together you will be more confident, better able to manage difficult situations and begin to feel more in control of your own life.

Aaron is such a likeable, down to earth, easy going and understanding person. He always makes me feel comfortable, making our virtual space together a safe place, a place where I’m not judged, where I can be open and honest, and where we can work together in a constructive way, step by step.

Aaron is a greatly intuitive professional therapist that is also a very clear communicator and skilled listener. With this he is able to identify and ‘cut to the chase’ in complex situations; with an undeniable focus on you, and your mental health journey. His knowledge of books and supplementary material also adds guidance to the self help aspect of mental health, and his recommendations have been only a positive to navigating issues / big topic questions in my free time. I really enjoyed all my sessions with Aaron, from psychodynamic approaches, to philosophical ones, his expertise was a strong guide and catalyst for recovery and knowledge gaining - which is ultimately what you want from therapy.

Strongly recommend!
