I am Licensed Professionally Clinical Counselor, LPCC. I am passionate about assisting people with navigating the challenges of life. This includes working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression,  trauma, lack of self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, parental challenges, racial identity, and work/life balance. My goal is to help you reduce negative self-talk, feelings of overwhelm, and stress.  I am committed to helping you get to a point where your life is manageable again.
