Abi has made my therapy journey so far a really positive experience. She is sensitive and caring as well as being practical and proactive. She is such a patient listener and in combination with gently challenging me to heal and grow she has already made a huge difference to my life in only a couple of months. I would 100% recommend her since she is especially skilled at listening to her clients specific needs and working with you in a way that feels unique to you.

Very professional, realistic and human. Many people are qualified and talented but Abi is naturally smart and intelligent in addition to qualified and professional. I tried many therapists but only now I feel progress is happening.

Abi really listens and I don’t feel judged. She’s very reassuring and helpful in the sessions as well as messaging me outside of the sessions. She has a lot of compassion and has helped me remember to be kinder to myself.
