Hello, and thank you for reaching out to me. It takes so much courage to seek out help and make the changes to make your life the most fulfilling. My name is Acacia Quaintance and I am a licensed independent social worker. I work in Ohio and have been practicing as a mental health therapist for 6 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients with a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma/abuse.
My counseling style is collaborative and warm. I think that during our work together it is important that you the client feel that we are working together to come to solutions. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths based, and humanistic counseling.
I look forward to working with you!

Acacia helped me work on some key problems I have been facing and provided a great listening ear. Couldn’t recommend her more :)
Written on Jan 15, 2023 after therapy with Acacia for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, sleeping disorders, self esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, coaching, compassion fatigue, and adhd
Acacia is wonderful at listening and providing a space to explore what's going on. It's my first time in chat-based therapy sessions but found it super helpful to have that safe space to share and get the direction I needed.
