Very professional, helpful, understanding and thoughtful. Having a therapist that helps me relate and understand to the everyday issues I experiences has been a huge help.

From the moment I joined betterhelp, I was anxious that I would be matched with a counsellor who maybe wouldn’t 100% understand where I am coming from. But not only does Adam understand where I’m coming from, he can step into my shoes and knows exactly what I mean. He is understanding, quick to respond, and never sugarcoats things, which is something I absolutely appreciate. I have never felt a type of relationship with a counsellor that is so casual, and makes me feel like I am actually being heard. He knows exactly what to say, and all in all, is just an amazing dude. His experience in the field alone should speak for itself, but his caring and quick ability of understanding exactly what is being relayed to him is the icing on the cake. If I could rate the VERY short experience that I have had with Adam, I could easily place him at a 9/10. Thanks Adam for being there and just being you!

Adam has been a joy to talk with. I always feel better after talking to him and feel like his advice was exactly what I needed to hear.
He was good at answering what I thought were difficult questions and always there when you need someone to talk to.
Thanks adam!

I've been in therapy forever and I never fully understood what was “missing” or “wrong” with me even through many therapists and Adam's quick, thoughtful responses really helped me keep track of where my anxiety was coming from. He’s a great help and I highly recommend him. I was really nervous to do online counseling but he made me feel like I was talking to a friend (with a little more professional experience).

Adam has been a tremendous help to me over the last month since I began counselling. He is quite personable and frequently checks in to make sure you’re on the right path and having success with exercises or any recommendations. I was uncomfortable reaching out for help but my fears we’re quickly laid to rest. This website is awesome, very helpful, and Adam even more so, so if you’re looking for someone who can really help, look no further.
