Adam White, LPC
About me
I am licensed in Missouri with 6 years of professional work experience. I primarily use Internal Family Systems and mindfulness approaches to help people learn about themselves and find their own strength.
This approach is about looking inside yourself and learning about the meaning behind all your thoughts and feelings. It's about learning your needs and developing your own ability to meet those needs so you can be more in control of your choices.
If this is a step you think you want to take, I'm excited to meet you and help you on this stage of your journey.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Adam White. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I can’t say enough good things about my therapist. He is thoughtful and understanding, but also pushes me to consider what my spouse might be thinking or feeling—something that has truly helped my perspective. Each session has a clear focus, and he makes sure we stay on track so we can make the most of our time.
He provides practical strategies I can use with my spouse, and even recommends books that are relevant to my situation. He’s always on time, allows us to fully use our scheduled session, and checks in with me through the BetterHelp chat in between appointments, which shows how much he genuinely cares.
He’s the only therapist I’ve had who really seems to “get” my situation, and I feel completely comfortable opening up to him. We continue to make progress, and I appreciate him so much for guiding me through this journey.
