Adrian Antrobus
About me
I am a very flexible counselor who can work with people who require more direction and those who wish to have a sounding board to explore ideas. I have a masters in marriage and family therapy and work with individuals, groups, and families. My experience also covers inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, and private practice. My bachelor's degree is in biblical literature, and I am an ordained minister, although I do not currently lead a church. My treatment approach is an eclectic mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and brief therapy. This means that a client can expect their counseling experience to mirror their needs. My viewpoint is that I meet the client where they are and help them through whatever difficulty they are having and give them the skills to deal with the problem if it should ever arise again.
