“My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness”
I believe that as people go through life’s joys and challenges, we are all trying to do the best with what we know. Sometimes people survive or are faced with new challenges without having learned the healthiest ways to cope or be successful. I believe that is where a therapist comes in – to help people use their strengths and learn new skills in order to overcome obstacles and work towards the goals and values that are important to them in life. I believe in every person’s capacity to grow and change, and I believe that we are all unique, capable, and equal.
