Agustin Gracia, LCSW
About me
My approach to therapy is built upon a unique foundation: 15 years of distinguished military service (Army active-duty and current Air Force Reserve), social work, and public health analysis.
This background provides a wealth of experience to address your unique needs. Outside of my military career, I earned my Master's in Social Work with a 4.0 GPA and have worked across the entire spectrum of care: inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and public health.
My primary therapeutic modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) -- Please Note that EMDR is only offered via private pay, as BH does not allow billing of longer sessions required. I am also trained in a variety of other evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Almost feels like talking to a long lost friend that got their Psychology degree

One of the most understanding and helpful therapist I’ve had the joy of knowing. Not only listens but actually explains what the possible issue means and ways you can deal with problems. Is consistent and reaches out to make sure you’re progressing during the week. This therapist is a gem.
