Hi, I am Lynn Ford. I am a licensed clinical social worker who utilizes a variety of evidenced based strategies to provide you with the tools you require to address your treatment goals. My belief is that therapy should be client-driven and goal oriented. I have over a decade of experience working with people of all ages, including children, but my focus has recently been on 18-45 year olds with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, ADHD and communication issues in regards to relationships and parenting. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, unbiased environment to empower individuals to explore their beliefs and concerns while gaining or enhancing skills to address your therapeutic needs.

This is my first experience in therapy. I’m really happy that not only do I have a weekly meeting with Aillen Ford, but that she responds to my journal entries during the week.

The thing I most appreciate about Dr. Ford is how non judgmental she is. She just…listens, (sometimes to long periods of silence while I reflect before I speak again) With 14+ years of experience, I was hoping nothing I could say would surprise her.. and I was right. When I needed an ear she was there. If you have a plan or a goal- she’s just there to help. And if you don’t, she’ll help you find one- all while making you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend. I would recommended Dr. Ford to anyone who wants to work on parts of themselves they aren’t proud of but don’t know where to start.
