About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington with over 8 years in the field with 4 of those years being clinical work. Primarily much of my work has allowed me to work with clients of a wide variety of diagnostic backgrounds stemming from anxiety and depression to mood disorders. My counseling style tends to be person-centered and interpersonally driven as I believe that the client is not only the expert of their lives, but the client is critical to the therapeutic process. I believe meeting clients where they are at and building rapport is critical to developing a lasting therapeutic relationship with them. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I admire those we reach out for help because it shows how brave you are!
I hope to meet with you!
