About me

Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Alecia Beaudry and I want to thank you for taking the time to read my profile to see if I might be a good fit to support you in managing your mental health. I invite you to message me with any additional questions you might have about my skills, treatment methods and experience.

I am a Wisconsin based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who currently is in private practice in Elm Grove Wisconsin. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1999. At that time, I also completed an additional concentration in marriage and family therapy. During my 20+ years in the field, I have worked in a variety of settings that have allowed me to develop a strong knowledge base of acute psychiatric disorders as well as supporting people who are in life’s transitions.

I am passionate about working with clients to support overall health and wellbeing. I believe it is possible for everyone to live a satisfying life. I use creativity in my practice to approach problems that people have worked years to resolve with no success. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to support my clients in meeting their goals. Complex problems require creative solutions and I feel it is my responsibility to inspire my clients to move in the direction of health.

One of my main personal and professional goals over the years has been to create a positive connection with anyone who comes in contact with me. As a result, I have developed an easy manner and it allows me to connect with clients and make them comfortable. The therapeutic relationship is the single most important part of the process. I never forget the courage it takes to work on oneself and feel honored to support people on their journey to create a satisfying life.

I chose to work with Alecia based on her particular areas of expertise and due to the excellent reviews she had received. I can hand on heart say that working with her has been one of the best decisions of my life; this is my first experience of regular therapy and the benefits are already joyously apparent.

Alecia is warm, kind, profession and makes it easy to discuss sensitive issues, guiding gently where needed.

I would highly recommend Alecia to absolutely everyone!

Alecia is a very caring individual who listens very well and offers a lot of advice, but never forces it upon you. Mostly she tries to meet you where you are and then give advice after. She respects your time as well. Very awesome.

Alecia is always really good at maintaining a conversation with me and to keep me thinking about what is going on. She has a gift for getting me to speak up about any thing and everything and getting to the point of what I bring up.

I usually come with. I have this emotion/ this triggered me/ I’m feeling this was. She’s so good at leading me into exploring the root cause.
