I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the field of Social Work in different roles for over 10 years. My holistic training includes mindfulness and yoga that I incorporate into therapeutic strategies. I am versed in multiple therapy modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I have a variety of experience handling clients struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation concerns, relationship issues, major life transitions, grief/loss, and learning healthy coping.
I believe in working with the whole-person. I believe life is one continuous journey with changes, events, challenges, and circumstances all serving as destinations along our itinerary. One of the greatest rewards I finds in my work is being able to witness people strive to create positive, life affirming changes that are stops on their own journey as they grow and develop.

I worked with her more long-term and it was very fulfilling experience—during our time together I learned how to stand up for myself and more importantly how to prioritize myself for the first time in my life.
