About me
Are you an exhausted parent or caregiver? Does your child have frequent “melt downs”? Have you tried numerous methods, but nothing seems to help your child calm down? It is important for you to have someone in your life who can empathize with you and support you and your child. You are not alone. I am here to partner with you and assist you with teaching your child ways to control his or her emotions and to learn healthy coping skills. By using Child Parent Relationship Therapy, your child will feel more empowered, increased self-esteem, and become more self-sufficient. I believe you are the expert, yet I will help you to identify strengths and gifts that you possess.
I have over 20 years of counseling experience with children and adults. I am here to empathically listen, provide a safe environment, and help you to identify the internal resources. As a Registered Play Therapist and Child-Centered Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children with symptoms of ADHD, Anxiety, and high functioning Autism
.
As a Christian, I believe in the transformative power of God’s unconditional love and His ability to heal your heart. I offer prayer and evidence-based biblical counseling upon request. I provide a welcoming and non-judgement environment for Christians as well as non-Christians.
I look forward to partnering with on your journey.
