Alexandra Agosta, LPC
About me
Hi, I'm Alex! I am a licensed professional therapist (LPC) and executive function coach with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges.
My work focuses on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I am particularly skilled in helping adults, college students, and professionals strengthen the skills needed to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and success.
I work with both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, including individuals with ADHD, mild ASD, anxiety, depression, learning disorders, and substance use concerns.
My approach blends clinical mental health support with practical, action-oriented strategies that help clients improve focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and person-centered. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. I believe in meeting you where you are with compassion and genuine care, creating a space where you feel heard and supported as you work toward healing and growth.
