About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I help my clients find their spark and passion back into their lives by helping them to develop tools that will lead to greater self-awareness, awareness of others, and mindfulness practices. After overcoming my own struggle with anxiety through yoga and mindfulness practices, I decided to pursue further training as a yoga teacher and incorporate holistic healing practices in therapy. Now, I teach clients how to practice yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness during our sessions together so they can live the life they were meant to without holding themselves back.
My ultimate goal is to assist people in finding their life purpose and living it fully!
