Alexandra Matustik, LMFT
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most meaningful challenges. With experience across diverse areas, I work with clients navigating relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, parenting concerns, and self-esteem issues. I'm particularly skilled at helping people process life transitions and build resilience.
My approach centers on fostering self-compassion, improving communication, and addressing isolation and loneliness. I work with clients exploring life purpose, managing anxiety and panic, and healing from abandonment and attachment wounds. I also support individuals working through guilt, shame, and forgiveness—as well as those facing family-of-origin patterns and control issues.
I have a special focus on supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and women's health concerns, as well as men navigating their unique experiences. I work with young adults, caregivers managing stress, and individuals at life's end stages seeking meaning and peace.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and genuine partnership. I believe healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater wholeness and authenticity.
