My approach to therapy is supportive and direct. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), with graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech. My specialties include grief counseling, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. I look forward to working together.

Alexandra helped me so much. She is patient and understanding, her modalities really helped me work through some issues and ultimately gain clarity. Apart from being a wonderful therapist, she is a lovely human being.

Absolutely wonderful, tries to help apply take home objectives which really makes therapy seem more actionable than what I've experienced in the past.
