My approach to therapy is supportive and direct. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), with graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech.
