I am licensed in Wisconsin with 6 years of professional work experience. I believe that healing begins when an individual feels safe, validated, and comfortable. I work with teens and adults that are struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, work and/or school concerns, trauma, military members, military families and adjustment concerns. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. I have a variety of life experiences including working at higher levels of care and has served in both Air Force active duty and Air National Guard. Having been in the military, I have a wealth of understanding as to what service members and their family struggle with. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
