About me

Let's face it, life comes with stress & the occasional curve-ball. How we respond to this stress can make all of the difference. If you find that your emotions seem to be running the show, or moving through life has proven to be difficult, there is hope. Sometimes all we need is a little help. I utilize evidence-based practices to effectively help my clients thrive by building self-awareness. It is my belief that individualized evidence-based tools, can make “feeling better “, a reality. Some of my areas of focus include: Depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, & strengthening interpersonal relationships. I provide individualized treatment determined by a collaborative creation of treatment planning upon the first session. I am proficient in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Acceptance & Commitment therapeutic practices to build self-awareness. I believe it's important to help my clients build their self-esteem, strengthen their sense of identity, and provide a safe-space to explore possible self-limiting beliefs or internal conflicts they hold. We all have the ability to live fulfilling and purposeful lives, and getting there is different for everyone. Please feel free to reach out and see if I am the right fit for you. I have weekend appointments available as well.
