I needed someone to be 100% honest while still being careful with my feelings and Alexis did that from the very first session! She has been able to break down my bigger goals to smaller baby steps and has made something that never seemed achievable, achievable!

Alexis is a great person that is down to earth when it comes to situations. She will be there with you to go with the tough situations and verbally talk through things. I personally did not want someone who agrees with everything I say just to make me feel better in the moment but for someone to assist and to get a plan to address the underlying issue that created the issue. Alexis is very well receptive to a large variety of topics and has a vast knowledge of how to address them in a down to earth Manor. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants to find out the root cause of issues and not just have a temporary boost in confidence because within my experience for the session it seems there are no goals with the other people.

Alexis listens and is super sweet. She makes sure not to overwhelm you and supports you in every way she can. I appreciate her honesty and how she has been able to gently help me through this whole process.
