As a licensed therapist in Idaho, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in nervous system science. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside. They may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, irritability, emotional numbness, or feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and somatic (body-based) therapy. This means we don’t just talk about your experiences — we gently explore how stress and past experiences are stored in your nervous system and how to help your body feel safer and more regulated.
