I don't have much experience with Ali yet, but so far, he seems to be calming and understanding. I have hope the deeper we get into therapy, the more we can dive into deeper issues.

I was very scared to start therapy but doing it online was less scary. I was worried about the quality of the therapist but Ali has been very helpful. He has listened and made me feel better about what I have been through and where I'm going. I would definitely recommend him especially to those on the fence about this app out.
