About me

I offer individual therapy sessions for adults aged 18 and above who may be experiencing challenging times or addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. My objective is to provide compassionate, personalised support that attentively responds to your specific needs and concerns. I create a safe space for you to explore your true self, challenge limiting beliefs, and align your actions with your values. In turn, this can help you develop authenticity and self-awareness. While my primary approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I also incorporate other evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and Client-Centred Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to customise therapy to suit your unique circumstances, objectives, and life context.
