About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? You’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or a major life transition, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more grounded and in control.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with specialized training in grief and bereavement as well as couples and family therapy.
I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, loss, and life transitions, as well as challenges related to self-esteem, motivation, and relationships. Whether you are coping with a significant loss, feeling stuck, or simply seeking greater clarity and fulfillment, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly and without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and client-centered therapy, I aim to help you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with your sense of purpose and self-worth.
I believe therapy should feel both grounding and empowering. My role is not only to listen, but to guide, challenge, and support you as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Clients often share that they feel comfortable being themselves in our work together. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and never judged—while also gently guiding you toward insight and meaningful change.
Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life requires courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.
I offer flexible, accessible therapy through video, phone, and messaging. My sessions are structured yet conversational, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I work collaboratively with clients to set goals and create a plan that feels both manageable and effective for real-life change.
My weekly availability for live sessions is throughout the day on Sundays, as well as in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sessions are all 30 minutes in length.

Alicia is a gift from the universe who is one of the most intelligent, patient, kind, caring, firm, and understanding humans I’m blessed to have her as my therapist. I could not have gotten through. She focuses on your needs, guides, but lets you work through things. She is so amazingly responsive. She has truly renewed my faith in therapy
