Alison has been extremely helpful throughout my experience going to therapy. Her attentiveness, her empathy and respect for what I am going through, and her ability to provide solutions that help mean the world to me. She is a phenomenal therapist and I am so appreciative of what she's done for me.

I haven’t been working with Alison long but so far I feel like it’s a really good fit, I’ve had other therapists that just didn’t seem to fit but working with Alison has been a great experience so far, she listens to me, helps me through what I’m dealing with and is supportive and gives good advice and listens and pays attention to me.

Alison as well as this app has been such a light at the end of a dark tunnel for me, she is very responsive and transparent with her clients. It brings me peace knowing that I can send her a message whenever I need, and she always responds in a professional, respectful, and compassionate manner. I highly recommend Alison to anyone, she has all of the tools in her toolkit to not only understand my barriers, but also offers wonderful advice, and support throughout our work together. She is an exceptional listener and very communicative. I’m very glad I found Alison!

Alison is amazing! She listens to my concerns and makes me feel validated. She has a structure for our sessions but is willing to adapt and change the session as things arise and develop. I always feel better after talking with her. Even after a few sessions she’s started helping me formulate tools and tricks to help manage my anxiety. She responds timely to my messages and worksheets with thoughtful responses. It’s been easy to find time to chat and I genuinely look forward to our weekly sessions!
