I just started with her, and she has already helped me see things a different way. A way I can now see how it is effects my thinking.

Alison is like speaking with an old friend. She listens intently and is good at mirroring what you say to make sure she understands. You feel heard and valued. Her demeanor is relaxed but professional and I appreciate that her setting is a professional one when we are on camera. It feels like visiting her office instead of having a video chat.
