Alison is awesome. I feel understood and feel as if we're working through things together. Alison's exercises she provided me with worked really well for me. I thought Alison's approach and analysis of what I wanted to work through were very thoughtful.

Alison has been amazing! Alison is everything a therapist should be. I'm checked in on regularly, I feel like my issues are understood, and I'm provided the tools to help through situations that are triggering. I really like the approach to therapy and enjoy, using various methods to help me see situations through a different lense. Thank you!

Alison is the best! She listens, offers comfort, and offers ways to tackle things I'm experiencing. She has the ability to redirect when I'm off track and has a plethora of knowledge and tools. Whether it's coloring, yoga, playing with toys, drawing, etc. She has a tool to help you become your best self. She is a GREAT safe space.
