About me

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Akron in Ohio. I have over 13 years of counseling experience working with a wide range of clients and needs including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. My approach to therapy is solution-focused and goal-oriented, working collaboratively with my clients to help them tackle current struggles and recognize their own resiliency, while improving their self-esteem. I frequently use concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach you the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to find ways of challenging negative thinking.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
