Professional and very resourceful

Written on Aug 19, 2020 after therapy with Allesha for 1 month on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, grief, parenting issues, self esteem, and coping with life changes

I am so grateful to have been partnered up with Allesha Crawley (LISW), on my mental health journey. Despite having a degree in Psychology myself, and despite the many other avenues I have tried, to work through some pretty distorted behaviors and thought patterns, I have not been able to resolve my issues. That is, until now. I wasn't sure a therapist could even begin to understand my thinking, let alone, help me to see a new perspective. Allesha, has done all that and more! For the first time in my life, I have hope that I will be helped to understand the deeply entrenched thinking patterns that have arrested my emotional and spiritual development. I can see areas of growth that need to be explored, and I have no doubt that I will finally be able to find the answers I have been searching for. She is worth every dollar I spend on my therapy! Thank you so much Allesha! And thank you, Betterhelp for providing a platform that finally gave me the courage to open up in ways I never would have been able to do, had I been limited to a face-to-face session. Here, I can be as honest as I need to be in a way that makes me feel truly safe.
