Hi there. I’m Allie. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Vermont, Illinois and Colorado. Drawing from a strengths-based inclusive approach, I work with clients by together addressing their unique and personal struggles and circumstances such as stress, anxiety, depression, behavior change, self-esteem, relational conflict, and emotion regulation.
