I am a licensed independent social worker in Iowa and have over 25 years of experience. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including depression, anxiety, loss/grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma and abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is integrative as I use many different therapy techniques. I like to meet the client where they are at and tailor the treatment plan to meet the individuals' unique and specific needs.
