I’ve been through therapy before, and I know that sometimes you just need to “click” with your therapist to be able to open up to them. Allison has been really wonderful, easy to talk to and open up to. She’s been supportive and able to give me resources to use and implement to help me progress. It truly has been a blessing to be paired with her.

It took 2 previous therapists to find the proper fit. Allison does just what you'd want and expect and ask of a professional therapist. One session and you will feel she wants to help.
