About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing compassion and skill to a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, family conflicts, and self-esteem challenges.
My areas of focus include communication difficulties, life purpose exploration, social anxiety, divorce and separation, and caregiver stress. I have experience supporting young adults, blended families, and individuals navigating adoption, foster care, and neurodivergence including autism and intellectual disability.
I believe in meeting each person where they are, honoring their unique circumstances and strengths. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, helping you build self-love, resilience, and meaningful connections. Whether you're facing impulsivity, family dynamics, or simply seeking clarity about your path forward, I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine care and support.
