About me
Life gets hard, challenging, and overwhelming. For that reason, having someone that provides a safe, nonjudgmental space that embraces all of who we are can help us heal. I am here to help! As a therapist, I can help guide and stand by your side through your healing process. I am a bilingual and bicultural (Spanish-English) Latina therapist that understands the importance of feeling heard, understood, and welcomed in a therapeutic space that embraces diversity. Whether you are looking for extra support or guidance, I look forward to us establishing a collaborative relationship!
I incorporate a variety of theoretical approaches including trauma informed technqiues, CBT, DBT, ACT, and others depending on my client's needs. I am trained EMDR as well as brain spotting which is an intensive trauma processing treatment. I am also certified in Domestic Violence training to assist domestic violence survivors.
It would be an honor to hear your story and help you through your healing journey. I look forward to hearing from you.
