I am glad you are here. Finding a therapist can be difficult especially with managing other stressors in life. You have made the first step by searching for support. I take a strengths-based approach, which means I will empower you by assisting you with building on your own strengths. I know speaking to someone new about personal matters can be intimidating, but I want to let you know I am here to listen and provide a non-judgmental space where you can speak about anything. I always tailor therapy modalities to you, and I am trained in many different therapies. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Substance Use Disorders, Disordered Eating, Body Dsymoprphic Disorder, and OCD. My main models of therapy are ERP, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to provide you with tools that you can use to have your best quality of life possible.
