Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Alysha Wilbanks. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Early days yet but been a helpful experience so far and look forward to experiencing it more. Appreciate that I will have good and bad days but it's how I recover from the bad days that matters so it doesn't affect me as much as it has in the past
She’s super nice I was just sad my last appointment was missed
Alysha has been a phenomenal support system! I really appreciate her ability to actively listen, challenge my perspectives, and offer constructive advice. She’s been incredibly helpful as I’ve moved through big transitions in my life. Looking forward to continuing my growth journey with her help!
Alysha is wonderful. She is open, responsive, kind, and easy to get along with.
Alysha is amazing. She is very laid back and kind, the best kind of listener. But also gives constructive advice that has really been helping me overcome my anxieties and self-doubt.
Absolutely amazing. I never thought I would be connected with someone who truly made me feel like they understood what was going on in my head. Best therapist I have had.
She has been great so far.
Alysha has been a great counselor to work with. I feel that we share a lot in common (moms raising children) which makes explaining where I am coming from easy and comfortable, and she has a calm, humble, trusting nature which I appreciate. She carries with her much knowledge and professionalism, and has a way of weaving in great tools and techniques within each session, which I also appreciate!
Alysha is a wonderful, patient and keen listener. She surprises me and teaches me more about myself and how to cope. There are some vastly important things about myself that I have never known or realized until I started working on myself with Alysha. I feel confident that slowly and surely, we will be able to work together to sort out my past and manage my mental health.
Alysha is positive and constructive. She is able to let me talk but also gracefully cut in when she needs to share an insight or guide me through a process. She is considerate and non-threatening with credibility and expertise.
Great so far!
